    Luanda - The minister of State for social area, Carolina Cerqueira, addressed last Monday, in Luanda, with the United Nation Development Program (UNDP)'s representative, Henrik Larsen, the benefits of human development programs implemented by the Angolan Executive in regard to the disadvantaged.
