Transports had been limited to a maximum capacity of 50 percent, due to covid-19 pandemic.
The measure on raising to 75 percent of transportation capacity comes to respond to the demand ahead of the classes resumption in higher education and the second cycle of secondary education, set for 05 October.
Classes have come to a halt following a Presidential Decree that declares the Situation of Public Calamity, in force in the country since May 26 amid covid-19 pandemic.
