According to a note from the SIC, to which ANGOP has had access, the denunciation came about when the citizen in question, in knowing about a vacancy in the UNHCR office for the post of technical assistance, tried to swindle a considerable number of citizens, by collecting 30,000 to 50,000 kwanzas allegedly for them to be able to participate in the said job vacancy competition.
The culprit deceitfully told people that there were 30 vacancies, having defrauded 50 young people until the time of his arrest.
The UNHCR has already clarified that the institution only has one vacancy and that the registration to apply for the post is free of charge.
