Updating of Bengo's Geodesic and cartographic info recommended
Caxito - The provincial Forum on Infrastructural and Technical Services, held on Sunday in Caxito city, northern Bengo province, recommended the Geodesic Registration institute of Angola (IGCA) to organize the local registration of granted land plots, updating the reserve lands and its information software.

According to the final communiqué of the meeting that reached Angop on Sunday, the participants suggested that only the registration conducted by the IGCA must have legal value and the institution needs also to carry out the training of technicians in geodesic and cartographic subjects at the municipal level.
The forum discussed the organization of the territorial planning system created by the Angolan LOTU, the paradigm of urbanism and territorial planning elaboration, the province’s basic legal tool for the urbanism and territorial planning, the registration of the land and the management and maintenance of public infrastructures.
