The project, built in three years, results from an investment of more than 250.0 billion US dollars, contemplating internal and external infrastructures, as well as social equipment.
The centrality has 1482 flats, 184 single-family dwellings and 343 two-storey villas, all of three-bedroom types, as well as ninety shops.
In addition to the buildings, a set of social facilities, already in operation, are being built, including two children's centers, a kindergarten, two primary schools and a secondary school, as well as a health post.
For the autonomy of the centrality, it was built a system for the adduction, treatment and distribution of potable water (built nine kilometers away from the center), a system for the collection and treatment of waste water, a system for power production and distribution, a sports field, as well as six kilometers of road accesses between the centrality and the city of Huambo.
