This was announced on Thursday at the opening of the Cultural Week going until December 6, sponsored by Ministries of Arts and Culture of Angola and South Africa.
Speaking to the press, the director of the Exchange Office of Culture Ministry of Angola, Paulo Kussy, described the Cultural Week as a great event.
Stressing the role of the event in sharing experiences, the official said cultural makers will interact with demonstrations of cultural wealth, as part of a protocol signed by the two Ministries aimed to exchange experiences between the two brother peoples.
Angolan culture week is also expected to be held in 2020 in South Africa with some 30 artists from Angola and South Africa.
The event, which takes place for the first time in Angola, marks the celebration of the 25th anniversary of independence of South Africa.
The minister of Sports, Arts and Culture of South Africa Emmanuel Nkosinathi "Nathi" Mthethwa is expected in Angola in the next few days to join his country’s delegation.
