Mbanza Kongo - Zaire Governor Pedro Makita Armando Julia stressed on Tuesday, in Mbanza Kongo, the need to see transparency in the process of selection of candidates for the public competition for new teachers.

For this public competition for the admission of new teachers in the education sector, Zaire province received a thousand vacancies.
The sector controls 4,181 teachers from 1st level to 2nd cycle of secondary education.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 10th edition of the national competition of the Mathematical Olympics, the governor said that "serious" teachers should be admitted and have a wide range of knowledge that guarantees the teaching and learning process quality.
“I guarantee that the terms of reference will receive the deserved compliance, with rigor and smoothness. Anyone who intends to join the civil service through this public tender must be prepared properly, ”he said.
According to the governor, the development of the country requires the participation of all its children in the most varied areas of political, social and economic life, and, for this purpose, he encouraged a commitment to scientific research.
