In a statement to the press, the religious leader considered the partnership of great value for the institution, taking into consideration the knowledge and development reached by the US University.

He also said the University of Howard, being more than 100 years old, has gained prestige in the teaching and learning and training of staff, reason why the Tocoist Church intends to establish this partnership.

In the next school year, the Tocoist institute expects to count on the collaboration of American teachers to improve the curricular plans, with the aim to fill in the gaps it faces in various courses lectured in the polytechnic institution, the bishop said.
