Moxico: Police foil bid to smuggle fuel in eastern region

Luena - Angolan Fiscal Police foiled a smuggling bid of 11,520 liters of fuel in the eastern Moxico province, bound for neighbouring Zambia, Angop has learnt.

Confirming the attempt, the spokesperson for Provincial Command of National Police, chief inspector Alberto Pacheco, regretted that the product was being transported under unsafe conditions.

He recalled that the product storage is allowed in an authorised facility only in accordance with the Presidential Decree Number 208\19 of 01 July.
