Vice governor of Luanda wants entrepreneurs' commitment
Luanda - The vice governor of Luanda Province for economic matters, José Cerqueira, last Sunday called on entrepreneurs to be committed to the activities turned to the country's development.

The official made this statement in the end of a meeting he had with entrepreneurs from Cacuaco Municipality, in the meeting hall of this local administration’s headquarters.
“We had this meeting with Cacuaco entrepreneurs with the objective to prepare the congress of Angolan businesspeople, in Luanda, and learn about their current state of mind. We are satisfied because despite the difficulties the country and they themselves are facing, they are optimistic and willing to respond to the challenges ahead”, he explained.
José Cerqueira further stressed that the government has been reflecting a lot about the situation faced by the country, the appearance of the crisis and the vulnerabilities that have existed, with a view to implementing the necessary economic changes and also in the banking sector, so that the country get stronger and be able to resist to these unexpected adversities, but also to encourage entrepreneurs and tell them that they are the guarantors of employment and leverage for the national economy.
Meanwhile, some of the businesspeople that attended the gathering said to ANGOP that they were motivated by the meeting with the vice governor of Luanda Province, José Cerqueira, because he showed the government’s interest to overcome the difficulties.
