Speaking at a Social Hearing and Concert Meeting, the governor deemed the amount insufficient, but stressed that “with a correct, intelligent and efficient management” it is possible to achieve the outlined goals, aiming for the improvement of people’s living standards.

He revealed that the investment will mainly be directed to the construction and rehabilitation of infrastructures like hospitals, schools and roads, as well as in environment and energy.

Despite the financial difficulties the country is facing, he said, the 2016 financial exercise was positive.

The Social Hearing and Concert Meeting was attended by municipal administrators, provincial directors, chieftains and guests.
