Angola debut in online Olympics
Luanda - Angola National Chess Team face Senegal on Friday, in the debut of the 44th edition of the Olympics to be played online due to the propagation of the COVID -19.

Following the first match played during an hour per round, Angola face a team from the Dutch Antilles after that face Suriname, for the third round.
Angola face Liberia on Saturday for the fourth round and Ghana and Puerto Rico, respectively for the fifth and sixth rounds.
On Sunday, Angola face the Haiti and Togo and close the initial phase of the Olympics against Palestine.
The national team is composed by: Sérgio Miguel (International Master - MI of ASA), David Silva (MI - Ditrov Academy), Esperança Caxita (MI – 1º de Agosto), Ednásia Júnior (MI - Macovi school), Lutuíma Amaro (Master Candidate - Macov school) and Jemima Paulo (Master Candidate - Ditrov Academy).
