Football: Under-20 team get second Cosafa Win

Luanda - After the 8-0 defeat over Seychelles in opening match, the national Under-20 national team beat Mozambique 1-0 today for the second round game of Group C of the Cosafa Cup, taking place in the Zambian city, Lusaka.

Zini Salvador scored the only goal after 53 minutes.

With this triumph, the national squad lead the series with six points. The Mozambicans have not scored yet and are on bottom.

The other group match will take place only on Sunday between Eswatine, second in the group with three points, and Seychelles, third with zero.

The Palanquinhas play again Monday, against Eswatine, the last encounter of this group stage.
