    Luanda - The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Environment highlighted, last Tuesday, the need for local authorities and investors to transform the Historic Centre of Mbanza Kongo into a mandatory tourist destination, for the capitalization of the region’s historico-cultural wealth.
