Cazenga flyover unveiled

Luanda - Luanda/Cazenga flyover, located between the urban districts of Rangel and Tala-Hady, in the country's capital, was inaugurated this Friday by Minister of State and head of Civil Affair’s Office to President of Republic Adão de Almaida.

Cazenga flyover

The Akz 6.2 billion work, in charge of Ministry of Public Works and Spatial Planning, started in March 2015.

With two lanes, the work has 0.876 km long and 7.00 meters wide in each direction.

The contract was completed last August and aims to improve traffic in that zone of the country’s capital.

In addition to the Cazenga flyover, the Ministry of Public Works plans to build  40 similar infrastructures in Luanda.

Other existing flyovers are those of Boa Vista, São Paulo, Camama, Deolinda Rodrigues, Camama/Kilamba city, Highway connecting Cacuaco, Zango, Golf2, Nzamba2.
