Covid-19: Six thousand citizens under quarantine in Angola
Luanda - The Minister of State and Head of the Security House of the President of the Republic, Pedro Sebastião, Thursday in Luanda announced that six thousand people are in institutional quarantine in Angola.

Speaking at the Covid-19 press conference to brief on the data, Pedro Sebastião said that each citizen in quarantine costs the State coffers 50,000 Kwanzas per day.
He said that 3,000 people are quarantined in Luanda alone and the cost to date is around 3 billion kwanzas.
He said that each citizen is quarantined for a period of between 10 and 20 days.
Under the process of repatriation of Angolans abroad, he said that by Thursday evening, the country received 5,771 people, being 2,158 from Portugal, 1,470 from South Africa, 512 from Brazil and the rest from Cuba, Turkey, Russia and the U.S..
