The information was disclosed on Monday in a press conference by the Minsa’s Human Resources national director, Óscar Isalino, adding that the training programme aims to improve the level of the physicians, who did not succeed in the tests held in the mentioned recruitment process held in 2018.
In the meantime, he recalled that the last public tender failed to fulfil the 878 vacancies made available for internal general physicians, since for this category there were 1,500 vacancies for 1,667 candidates.
He explained that from those figures only 622 candidates were approved in this category.
The government is seeking through this measure to provide a new entrance examination to fill up the said 878 vacancies.
