The presiding judge of the institution, Artur Ngunza, announced so Friday in Lubango.
Ngunza was speaking to the press at the end of the inauguration of the new building to house the provincial court.
He told journalists that the local judiciary has asked the central structures to strengthen the staff, especially to attend services in the municipalities of Matala, Caconda and Quilengues.
Artur Ngunza said that there are no concerns about the speed of proceedings as for more than two years the provincial court has not recorded an excess of pre-trial detention cases.
