The amount saved is a result of the transparency of the electronic public procurement system, where the institutions present their annual purchase plans, in order to ensure the length of the objectives.
Speaking on Tuesday to the press, on the sidelines of the seminar on the rules for the execution of the General State Budget (OGE), the director of public procurement, Said Fernandes, said that so far 393 annual purchasing plans have been published.
"The plans must be fully submitted by all institutions not only to fulfill the desideratum with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), but in order to make the procurement more credible," he said.
In this period, 23.529 accesses were registered, from various points of the world, with emphasis on India, Japan, United States, United Kingdom, Portugal and Angola.
With this access number it means that the platform already has the necessary visibility to be a transparent and competitive purchasing instrument.
