The Credit Support Program (PAC) is an initiative of the Angolan Government, approved by a Presidential Decree on May 17, which aims to facilitate access to credit for producers who want to dedicate to the production of the 54 products of the basic food basket.

A total of 141 billion kwanzas is expected to be made available by the end of this year by eight Angolan commercial banks to fund the said programme (PAC).
